How do I access my items?

After you checkout, we will send you a link to your items by email and text message. This link will take you to your online pass. Your online pass is a mobile friendly website that has everything you will need.

What do I do if I lost the link to my pass?

Go here to request a new link to your pass:
https://app.bandwango.com/dashboard/request * All we need is the email address you used during checkout. A new link will immediately be sent by email and text message.

Why can't I find all my items in my pass?

All items expire after a certain amount of time if they are not used. Once they expire, they are eventually removed from your pass.

How do I download my digital passport?

Go to Visitbuckscounty.com/AleTrail and click on "Get Your Free Passport." You will then be directed to a short form. Once you’ve completed the form, you will receive a text message to your mobile device with a link to the digital passport. Make sure to hit “Add to Homescreen” so you don’t have to come back to the text every time to access your pass.

Is it free to download the passport?

Yes, there is no cost for the Bucks County Ale Trail Passport! However, a purchase is necessary at each participating brewery to obtain a redemption PIN on your mobile pass.

How can I win a prize?

Make a purchase (check in) or redeem discounts at five or more breweries along the Bucks County Ale Trail, fill out the form at the top of your mobile pass, and we'll mail you your official Bucks County Ale Trail t-shirt!

How do I redeem my prize?

Fill out the form at the top of your mobile passport once you have redeemed at 5 locations and Visit Bucks County will send you your T-shirt! (Sizes and availability may vary. Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your T-shirt.)

Does the passport expire (do I have to complete it within a certain amount of time)?

The passport will expire within a year after sign-up. You can always sign up for a new passport after your first one expires, but your "check ins" and "redemptions" will not carry over.

Can I have my passport stamped at beer festivals and event?

At this time, stamps are only available at participating breweries.

Any tips on participating?

Have fun and make sure to share your experience by using the hashtag #DrinkinBucksCo. Please drink responsibly and use a designated driver.

Who is organizing the Bucks County Ale Trail Passport?

Along with their industry partners, the Bucks County Ale Trail is organized by Visit Bucks County (VBC). VBC is the official tourism promotion agency for Bucks County and serves to create economic impact and support hospitality-related organizations in the County.

How old do I need to be to participate?

Participants must be 21 years old to participate in the Bucks County Ale Trail Passport.

How can I keep in touch with Visit Bucks County?

Vouchers are redeemable for certain goods, services or experiences offered by, or facilitated through, the Merchant identified on the Voucher. The Merchant is the issuer of the Voucher and is solely responsible for all matters pertaining to the redemption and use of the Voucher. Furthermore, the Merchant is fully and solely responsible for the care and quality of all goods and services it provides to you and for any and all injuries, illnesses, damages, claims, liabilities and costs (“Liabilities”) it may cause you to suffer, directly or indirectly, in full or in part, whether related to the use or redemption of a Voucher or not. You waive and release Bandwango and Visit Bucks County, including their subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents, (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any Liabilities arising from, related to, or sustained in connection with any act or omission of a Merchant, its employees, agents, contractors, and invitees, in connection with your use of a Voucher or the goods, services or experiences a Merchant provides in connection with the Voucher. Services performed by the Released Parties are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. By providing your email address, you agree to receive Visit Bucks County communications. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Please allow up to 4-6 weeks to receive your T-shirt. We will do our best to fulfill requested sizes.

Privacy Policy

Customer information is collected for the purpose of processing your order. This information is kept confidential and is not shared except to the limited extent disclosure may be required under applicable law. During checkout, we may ask you if you would like to receive marketing communications. If you opt-in, then you will receive communications according to what you opted into.

Refund Policy

Refunds or exchanges on unredeemed vouchers are on a case to case basis. Please contact customer service via email at support@bandwango.com, phone (888) 921-5333, or text (888) 921-5333. Restrictions apply.

Customer Service Hours: Monday - Sunday, 6 am PT - 6 pm PT.

Refunds: Refunds may be made on certain unredeemed vouchers only. Refund requests on events, attractions, and certain admissions will not be honored.

Extensions: Purchase Activation Extensions may be made in certain circumstances by reaching out to customer service to explain the reason for request and will only be considered on unused passes or items that are still within the activation period timeframe. Extensions will not be made in any event past 365 days of the purchase date. Extension requests on events and certain time sensitive admissions will not be honored.
